Hello @blackstar4716. How are you uploading to Plus? Is it manually through gopro.com, via Quik for desktop, or auto upload? If through a computer, does it mater whether the connection is via ethernet or Wi-Fi? Uploading multi-chaptered files does not work when done manually via gopro.com as the web does not know that the files belong to the same medium.
If you haven't yet, try uploading through Quik for desktop or auto upload (if applicable). There are instructions here to guide you. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Thank you @mariustanya however i still cant really determine that this is the issue i am experiencing.
What i ahve noticed during my efforts to upload is that anything that is under 550mb in size will upload fine. Anything over this size fails.
550mb is not very big so i dont imagine this being the max size of a chapter as you call it.
Files over 550mb either fail or just gets stuck at 100% and I have to cancel the upload. In one instance this resulted in 5 files that have not uploaded corectly as per the image, and there is no way i can see the file information nor delete these from Plus.
There are many things about the Plus solution that are good, however there are some big shortcomings that need to be addressed to evelove this in to a great solution.

Thank you for the additional details that you provided, @blackstar4716. Try uploading the media again, this time via Quik for desktop following instructions detailed here How to Add Media to GoPro Plus . It may not be the fastest way to save your media to the cloud but it would be a great way to determine if the media uploads at all. Let us know how it works out. Thanks!

I'm also having consistent issues uploading to Plus.
I've factory reset the camera, tried multiple wifi networks, and none will consistently auto upload to Plus.
I've given up on the "auto upload feature" and now I manually attempt to sync from the camera to Plus. It almost always fails, for various reasons. Sometimes it just fails to connect to wifi (10 feet line-of-sight from wireless access point, I've tried 3 wifi networks and they've all been WP2 encrypted with passwords, none have been public networks), other times it connects to wifi fine but I get an "Upload failed" message, other times the smaller files (under 500mb) will upload fine, but the larger files will hang indefinitely.
Currently, the camera is attempting to sync to Plus and is stuck on 30/33 files for over 24 hours.
I can upload to Plus using the Quik Desktop app just fine, but that defeats the workflow. Why pay for Plus and auto uploading if you must manually connect to your computer every time? I might as well cancel Plus and just host them in my own public cloud.
Extremely frustrating and will be the main reason I cancel my Plus subscription if not fixed in the next release.
