Dear GoPro team,
I recently purchased a GoPro Fusion and, unfortunately, I'm unable to stitch photos.
I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 with Windows 10 pro 64.
I tried several times to stitch photos but Fusion Studio hangs. No problems in stitching videos.
The stitching process works on my wife's MacBook.
Please help me.

Please try to run the app using your graphics processor if you have that option.
Just right click the app and you'll have that option to run using your graphics processor.
If you don't have that try to run it in compatibility mode.
Right click the app and then choose run in compatibility mode.
Try to choose from Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.

Thank you for your message.
I have tried everything you suggested but didn't work. Unfortunately, after the last windows update, I'm unable to stitch also videos.
This is really frustrating.

Got it @spiryridge58142,
Since it started after Windows Update please try this.
Uninstall the app.
After that check if that will now work.
If issue persist try to create a test account on your computer.
Just a local account (No Email Address).
We'll check if it has something to do with Microsoft Account
