Re: Unable to play video mp4 files on Windows 7 Media Player

Hello @caebear

Thank you for reaching out. What files do you have? Are they photos? videos? Are you not able to access any of these media? Would you have information on the file type/format of the files that you see on the SD card? Sometimes, the way the files are saved as results to Windows Media Player not recognizing them.

What other media players have you tried out? See if VLC will be able to allow you access to the files. Were you able to access/play these files on your camera screen (that is, if your camera has a display screen like that of a HERO5 Black) prior to you transferring them to your USB stick? Hope to hear back from you.

Best regards,
