May I know if you're using an iPhone or Android?
If you're using an iPhone make sure to update your phone to the latest iOS version available.
After that remove any GoPro Device under your Phone's Bluetooth Settings.
Unpair your camera to GoPro App if you already paired it before.
After that try to pair your camera again.
