Two-step authentication not working

I am not receiving code on phone when trying to log in, have tried logging in on phone and on laptop, multiple attempts. Support chat also not working.

Hello, @tehmalazn. If you haven't yet, try restarting your device. Please also check with your phone network provider to ensure that there are no issues with you getting a signal or interrupted service that may lead to you not receiving the code. 

 

If this is not the case, the next option is to disable the two-step authentication to allow you to log into your account. Then, you can set it again. We will be able to help you with disabling the authentication process at this time. Please tag me in your next post if you'd like to proceed. Thanks!
