I trimmed videos while in the cloud. I then downloaded to a folder. I click on add media to edit or "start a story" while in the Quik app. When I choose the file that holds the trimmed versions which I can see and play them there, it shows nothing to download.
New to this Cloud storage and appreciate any help

Where did you access the cloud file, is it via Quik for desktop or through GoPro.com?
Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error?
