Time Lapse will not play back on Quik - Hero 5 Black [ New ]

I imported 2 time lapse videos yesterday. The first one is 596 frames at 30sec intervals, the second is 1169 frames at 10sec intervals. The files imported to my SSD drive with out an issue. Time lapse 1 plays on Quik for desktop perfectlly. Time lapse 2 shows only a black screen and won't play at all. All files for time lapse 2 can be viewed on the SSD drive as individual photo's from the time lapse folder. Please advise.

Can you please post a screenshot of the file?

Is it a timelapse video on your camera?

Probably the second timelapse was taken using timelapse photo mode. 

You can use other software to stitch your timelapse photo if you want to use the whole frames. 
You can use Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Vegas Pro or Final Cut Pro X.

I thought I was shooting in Time lapse video mode, but may have been in photo mode. Both were shot with the same mode. One plays, the other does not.

Can you try to create a new folder and then copy just half of the timelapse photo?

Let's try to check if Quik will be able to play your timelapse photo.
