There seems to be an issue connecting with your GoPro

I had to reconnect the GoPro Hero 4after it disconnected. The process of reconnecting didn’t work, so I just completely forgot the camera in the GoPro App and followed all of the procedures in the troubleshooting GoPro page, but none of the steps have worked and it keeps redirecting me to the “seems to be an issue connecting” page on the App. I’m pretty sure everything is updated. If not, I can’t update unless I’m able to connect to the app
