Telemetry data from Hero 5 Black in Quik

OK, folks,

First I want to say Hi to all of you.

And I have some questions about the telemetry data.

I used to take videos with my two Hero 4 Sessions and add telemetry data collected with my iPhone from Harry's lap timer. Then I used Dashware to stitch. It's not too hard to create your own gauges, especially my own gauge to add a lean angle to my bike videos. So first - can I create my own gauges in Quik for desktop? Second - can I use also telemetry data from other source than Hero 5 Black (already bought it with Karma drone and handle, it's great). If not - can I make (or calculate correctly) the Hero5 to measure my lean angle?

I can't make tests right now, because it snows here and I can't ride right now (and may be the next 3-4 months).

Thanks in advance.

B.R.

Re: Telemetry data from Hero 5 Black in Quik

@dmichaylov - The gauges in Quik allow for some customization, but not as much as you would find when using Dashware. The gauges that are offered are a default set, and there is not an option I know of to create your own.

For Quik, the telemetry needs to be part of the metadata on the video itself, and not from other sources. For this level of customization, Dashware is going to be the better option.
