TROUBLESHOOT with Desktop app authorization

The problem with the app for Windows! After successful authorization, at any action, it flies to the login window! What makes it impossible to use the app

If you already have the latest version of the Quik for desktop app (version 2.6.2), try the following steps: 

 

1 Open Quik for desktop
2 While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
3 Select “Restart with default settings”
4 A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
5 Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
6 Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.

 

You may need to uninstall and re-install the app, and do the steps. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your prompt response!
The app was reinstalled to the latest Quik for desktop app (version 2.6.2.841)
I've already done the operation of restart with default settings, but the problem is not solved!


I can log in (not always the first time), but when I click any video, options or any other action- the app returns to the login window!(

My system suddenly it may be necessary:
Intel(R) Core i3-6320
3.90 Ghz
16 ГБ
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Windows 10 Pro x64
