Stitching time lapse into one orthomosaic image

I had to do a street surface evaluation using what would have been drone footage, but due to high volumes of low hanging branches, used a gopro instead. I had the camera elevated to capture the width of the street, using 2 second intervals. What I would like to do is stitch all the images together to create one image, preferablely orthomosaic with corresponding geotags. So it would be similar to a drone mapping flight, except just one line of images, instead of a grid pattern. I have tried processing the images through pix4d, but I think it is trying to process the images as if they came from a drone, and I just need a stitched version.

Thanks
