Small Question marks on videos in Quik [ New ]

There are small question marks on the imported videos in quik, can’t open those videos in gopro Studio which is very frustrating, I edit my videos regularly & recently bought a hero9, but this issue has stopped me making my regular editing. Can anybody help?

Is there a chance these are HEVC files?

I’ve just found out that the resolution used on these files are H.264+HEVC
Should I use just HEVC ?

Hello, @knisar. Using HEVC requires that your computer meets the necessary system for HEVC playback. Old applications such as the GoPro Studio may not be able to detect these files. You may have to convert the HEVC files to another format for them to be readable. See How to Convert GoPro HEVC Videos to H.264 Using HandBrake for reference.
