What version of Quik for desktop are you using? Is the file already saved on your computer?
Are you able to share a screen shot of the error?
Do you observe the same when sharing it from the web?
Try signing in via gopr.com/login

I am not using Quick.
From the GoPro Media Library. Using share to You Tube. I am advised that I am not connected, reconnect and try again.
What does this mean and can you advise how to remedy it please.
