Rotated videos end up distorted after quick create [ New ]

How can I rotate a video (90 degrees) without it becoming distorted after creating a clip with "quick create"?

I did a test edit and did not see any distortion.

What resolution/fps was your file recorded on?

Would you mind sharing a sample file so we can better assess the issue?
