RED VIEW SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there ever going to be a fix for this? Everything i've seen posted either does not work or doesn't exist. The whole right click on the quik icon garbage does not exist. It is clearly a software issue. Hello anyone from Gopro who gives a **bleep**!!!!

@jglenno - With users who have had this issue in the past, the cause has been the graphics card/drivers in their computers. One way to check that is to view the video on your GoPro. If it plays well there, then the file is good.

 

The first thing to try is to update your graphics drivers on your computer. If that doesn't correct the issue, our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs can do some additional troubleshooting.

File explorer is the default feature of any Microsoft Windows operating system but in every version, their advantages are upgraded. If you are an OS 10 users then file explorer windows 10 to know here all the new advantages and also how to use properly.Thank you for your attention
