Quik

Добрый день.

Установил Quik на компьютер Windous 10.

Захожу в программу под своей учётной записью, выбираю видео для обработки и нажимаю кнопку "Открыть в режиме создания". После этого программа выбрасывает из учётной записи и предлагает по новой ввести логин и пароль. И так по кругу(((.

Какие действия мне смогут помочь?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Good to know that you have a compatible computer for the Quik for desktop app. To verify, you have Quik version 2.6.2 installed on your computer, right? See if the steps below clears out the issue: 

 

1 Open Quik for desktop
2 While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
3 Select “Restart with default settings”
4 A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
5 Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
6 Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.

 

For additional troubleshooting steps, you can also change the language settings on your computer to see if this helps. Let us know how it goes.
