Quik - you are kidding me - cannot import media
[ New ]I thought I'd give quick a go and I am struggling. I have all of my gopro media in a folder which was copied from the camera. When I try to import the folder the software always only displays 3 files. Even if I import from the camera I can only see 3 files. It's absolutely pants! Is there a fix for this or is it just a bug?
I should have just stuck with Premier but I thought I'd give this a try...

Re: Quik - you are kidding me - cannot import media
[ New ]Hello @carlw470
HEVC is not yet fully compatible with Quik.
It should still be able to copy the files though.
You may also use 3rd party applications to view these files.
See HEVC Explained for reference.
Thanks!

Re: Quik - you are kidding me - cannot import media
[ New ]Hi @carlw470
Are you using a Mac or a Windows computer?
What happens if you try viewing the files using an SD card adapter?
Thanks!
