Quik will not recognize .mp4 on GoPro 7 black, but FCPX will.
[ New ]Just purchased a new gopro and this is my problem. Any help here? Quik recognizes the camera plugged in but says there are no files, 0% on the camera. Which is not possible because I can view them on the camera and Final cut easily recognizes the Hero and can import the files on there. So what gives? And I want to use the fisheye removal feature of Quik, instead of purchasing or installing plugins for FCPX, in case you are wondering.

Re: Quik will not recognize .mp4 on GoPro 7 black, but FCPX will.
[ New ]Hi @jessew24730
Please go over the steps on:
Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows
Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac
If connecting the camera via the USB cable, launch Quik, plug the camera then power it on.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
