Quik on windows 10
[ New ]
Have installed and uploaded videos to quik for windows 10 and the videos will not load and the browser says its not responding. It worked fine for about a month and then all of a sudden it didn't work! I have uninstalled and installed the quik program 4 times and the issue is still not fixed. I am not a technical guru just need a fix in lehman's terms!
Thanks!

Re: Quik on windows 10
[ New ]Hi @clane1844,
May I know if it's the App (Quik) is not responding or the browser?
Also is there a specific error message or code?
How does it behave?
Does it crash after launching the app?
Or not working at all?
Regards,
-Jay

Re: Quik on windows 10
[ New ]I am not sure what you mean by app or browser....this happens on my desktop. I can view the photos in quik but when i click on a video to watch or edit it says not respoding.
App launches fine, stops when i try to watch my video or edit
When it says no response I click to X out of it and it says go pro quik.exe not responding

Hi @clane1844
If you are using a setup with multiple graphics cards in a Windows machine.
Please follow the steps below in order to resolve the issue in this instance:
- Right click the Quik desktop icon.
- Hover over Run with graphics processor (Note: this option will only be visible if you are using a Windows computer with multiple graphics cards)
- Select Integrated graphics
Also, please ensure that your graphics card drivers are up to date.
Let us know how it goes.
