Quik keeps crashing
[ New ]I already disabled Antivirus, windows defender etc..
Im using Windows 10 home edition.
i7
16gb ram
128 ssd
1tb HD
I was thinking about to buy and to be a gopro Plus member, but im very disapointed right now with the software. Can someone help me with this issue?

Hi @greguinho
Sorry for any troubles caused. Quik for Desktop crashes or stops responding in Create Mode. This mostly occurs in computers running multiple graphics cards, and Quik for desktop is prioritizing the high performance NVIDIA or AMD card.
- Right click the Quik desktop icon.
- Hover over Run with graphics processor (Note: this option will only be visible if you are using a Windows computer with multiple graphics cards)
- Select Integrated graphics
Once done, try to do some test edits. If it's still the same, please reach out to our Support Team to further isolate the issue. https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
