There is no error report. Yes I can download media to Quick but I can not open them or do anything with it. The program is unresponsive.

What OS are you using?
Please check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
If you are using a setup with multiple graphics cards on a Windows machine.
Please follow the steps below in order to resolve the issue in this instance:
- Right click the Quik desktop icon.
- Hover over Run with graphics processor (Note: this option will only be visible if you are using a Windows computer with multiple graphics cards)
- Select Integrated graphics
Let us know how it goes.

OS I have is Windows 10. No multiple graphics cards. I will try your suggestion ASAP and let you know if it works. I'm travelling through The Philippines so my hot spot is on and off. Thank you for the response.

I have followed the steps you have suggested, I do have windows 10, brank new dell inspiron 2018 with core i7 and NVIDIA, and I still can not get it to even play a video.
