Quik goes to (Not Responding)
[ New ]I am running Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19041
The app launches and will show media available, but when i choose one of the medias to open, it starts to spin and then says (Not Responding). I eventually have to force it to quit. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. I have verified that my OS is updated.
Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

Please try the steps on Quik for desktop Crashes while Opening Create Mode

[ New ]@bluegorge4845, please run any available OS updates and make sure to have the latest update for your Graphics Card/s drivers installed. Additionally, make sure that at least the minimum system requirements of the app are met. See What are the Minimum System Requirements for Quik for Desktop? for further details.

[ New ]Yes, as I previously stated in my orginal help message, I verified that my OS was updated. I did also check the graphics cards too.
I purchased this HP Laptop this last March, and it meets all the minimum system requirements for the app.
Any other suggestions??
