Quik for desktop log out all the time

Every time when i try to do something on the Quik for desktop (windows) it logs out.

Whether i'm trying to connect to the GoPro using the USB cable or access the media that i downloaded to the computer to edit it, i just get kicked out and need to sign in again.

I tried uninstaling and downloading the latest version but doesn't help
