I am unable to use this app, as it freezes constantly, on just about every selection.

It is a pretty new HP Pavilion NB, running W10.

Can you please provide the specific details or specification of your device such as graphics card and processor.
Also what resolution are you trying to edit on GoPro Quik?
We just need to check if it's a hardware or software limitation.
