Hi, I'm having trouble with the Quik App for windows 10. The app hangs up and is not responding when viewing videos. My computer's video player has no problems with Gopro's photos and videos and I also installed Gopro Studio which works fine. I don't understand why the application doesn't work. I have already tried to reinstall the application, reset the default settings of Quik and use the built-in video card on the PC as you answered in other FAQs. Thank you
I have an HP 8GB RAM with Intel Core i7 7th Gen processor.
