You are right, I also had very big problems with gopro software.
I did not pay a lot of money to have a product from the lowest shelf.
I will never buy a gopro again.

Thanks, @cjinseattle and/or @graywave21454. I wrestled with this same problem for over an hour before I found this thread. I had numerous uninstalls, file/folder deletions, restarts, and opening in various compatibility modes with no success. Ultimately, I deleted the GoPro regesistry folder and restarted the computer with the program uninstalled. I don't know if deleting the resistry was necessary, but it was easy enough to do and the combination fixed my problem. Now I just hope it doesn't happen again unexpectedly...but at least I'll know how to fix it quicker.

i have spent two days trying to get Quik to open on my desktop. phone surpport has run out of ideas.
i have a new fusion, and then spent £800 on a new laptop and still will not work!!!!! need some help before it all gets sent back to the shop!!!

What error message are you getting when you open Fusion Studio?

When i open Fusion studio 1.3 = error message says computer needs more memory.
This is a brand new laptop, with higher spec than needed.
I can still use studio buy pressing passt his message.
