I tried all "solutions" I found on internet, but nothings works.
Quik works for one user on Windows 10, but not for other - it does not open. Studio is working on both accounts.
I tried uninstalling, installing, older versions, deleting files...
Any other solutions?

Really strange that Quik|Desktop doesn't open only on one account. I have a few questions in regards to the account that it doesn't launch on:
- Is this the admin account?
- Are the same exact programs installed on each account?
- To your knowledge, are there any big differences between these two accounts?
It appears that Quik is just showing a white screen when trying to launch it, so I'd suggest that this user tries the following to see if Quik launches again:
- Turn off Wi-fi
- Open the Task Manager(Shift+Ctrl+Esc) and sort by the "name column"
- Locate and end any processes that start with "GoPro"
- Launch Quik
- Turn on Wi-fi after Quik fully launches, then log in.
Please let me know how this goes for you!

I fixed it! Go into %appdata% (usually C:\Users\(your login)\AppData
Firstly I deleted all the files in the C:\Users\(your login)\AppData\Local\GoPro
Then I cleared the temp folder also C:\Users\(your login)\AppData\Local\Temp
Now it works fine

Can anybody help me?
I tried everything what you saying in the above answers....
But my problem is something different, if I download and install the new version of the GoPro that I found on the website it is the 2.4 of the Quick Desktop, he installed only the Quick en no Studio...
So I have only the Quick program on my computer, but he want open... he does nothing..
I have a Windows 10 and QuickTime is also on my computer.
