Quik for Desktop - Windows

 

Tenho uma Gopro Hero 7 Black e não consigo mais utiliza-la depois da ultima atualização (1.70). A camera grava normalmente, não sei se tem haver com a atualização, mas os problemas enfrentados por mim estão na edição conforme vou relatar.

 

 

 

No Gopro Quik Desktop

- Meu computador atende a todo os requisitos de sistema operacional e hardware

- Meu computador possui 02 placas de vídeo, porém ao iniciar o software escolho sempre a opção Graficos integradados (padrão)

- o Software inicia normalmente e carrega os vídeos da camera

- o Problema ocorre quando clico em Criar > A tela abre, é possivel ver os videos carregados, porém a tela fica congelada e o software trava não sendo possivel utiliza-lo.

Hello @victorj481.  This behavior maybe associated with having multiple cards. There are troubleshooting steps here that will help clear the issue. Have a go at them and let us know how it goes. Thanks!
