I`m sorry guys, i saw this was a topic already, and i can see it`s solved, but i tried almost everything, but i still have the problem. I got a new laptop, like people wrote this two years ago... I try to export a video in Quik, after i try to save i only got a black screen with music.
Somehow trying a hundred times it worked well and i got the video, but most of the time it`s still without video.
I try to ask the Support, and after a while they told me to use another editing software. If you had the same problem, how could you fix it?

We have heard this issue from other customers lately and have reported the issue to our teams. We don't have an update just yet, but we hope to have more information soon.
