Worked last month then all of a sudden it stopped opeing up. I fixed it last time but now can't seem to find a solution. The little window below opens but doesn't do anything.

May I know what have you done so far to fix the issue?
If you don't have files on the app try to uninstall and reinstall.
Try also running the app with Graphics Processor.

I uninstalled and installed with no luck. I have a lot of videos already on the app from years of Gopro living. Ran troubleshoot with no luck. Can not remmeber what I did to fix it last time. Can't find the thread that had the fix. Ran compatibility trouble shoot nothing happens.

Thanks for the update, @bigdaddywoodman. There are two things that could be causing this to happen -- unstable internet connection, and Windows profile account's permission issues.
You can try the suggested troubleshooting steps indicated on this article: Quik for desktop Fails to Launch
By the way, uninstalling / reinstalling the application will not delete your GoPro contents from your computer. All photos / videos that you previously imported to Quik for Desktop will be saved into "GoPro" folder in your computer.
Hopefully this helps!
