Hey @alexkonst,

 

After you turn off Wi-Fi and reopen Quik for desktop, do you still see the blank screen, or does it show you the login screen?

Are you able to login without any issue on your account through gopro,com? Does this hold true with GoPro App on mobile? What exactly do you get when you log in to Quik?

Same here.

Quik desktop keeps asking me to sign in over and over.

This software is totally unusable.

ps. surly I can log in gopro web site with the same set of account and password.

Thank you for the details. Sorry to hear about the trouble. 

 

If you already have the latest version of Quik for Desktop (version 2.6.2), please try the following steps: 

 

1 Open Quik for desktop
2 While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
3 Select “Restart with default settings”
4 A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
5 Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
6 Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.
