Ahh, yes it is a desktop... Well thank you so much for the clarifications and just hope that they will fix this soon. Any recommendations for a good editing software ?? Substitute for quik ??

4 years under this topic, two years on my laptop we all having this issue. But zero progress on this.

Hi Guys,

 

On my side same issue. Laptop I7 Nvidia graphic card...

I tried right click on desktop icon and run with Default Intel card.. No success.

 

The only thing for me was to disable the Nvidia card in the device manager.

Display adaptors => Nvidia Gforce940MX => Disable.

 

Then the app's works well.

I can't get the program to open.  uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.  I'll have to start using shotcut.  How can you charge so much money for a product and have crappy software options...

Funny..... Same EXACT issue for me. Won't open at all. Uninstalled / reinstalled. Same. What's up GoPro?
