I ran into a similar problem. I had to disconnect the camera and plug it in again then it worked. I also had to manually move the files over, format the SD card, and then it worked.

When you open up the file on the camera, what are the folder names?

Re: Quick says no files to import. Camera is connected and there are plenty of new files on the c...

Hi,

I have that same issue.

@ryanv12566 The link you gave didn't cover the Quik App.

I currently use the manual method of grabbing the files off the SD card and moving them to a folder but then I can't delete the files off my SD card for some reason.  I have to plug the SD card into another computer to clear it.

I liked using Quik to transfer files onto my computer because it only pulls over the real media files and not the LRV ones used in the phone AP, and then it cleared the memory card after the import.

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Thanks,

-Scott T.
