I use to be able to mix videos and stills from my phone library to make a quick video and now I can't.. When I click on any photo it takes me back to the welcome screen for quick. I can make videos from videos but no stills
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We've found out that it's caused by an update outside of Quik App. We're currently investigating the issue and working on a fix. Your time and patience are very much appreciated.
The fix for Quik for mobile app crashing when adding a photo is now available at the Google Play Store. Please install the latest version of Quik App (or update to it). After updating, clear cache on the app (phone) settings (just clear cache and not clear data), and restart your phone. Please let us know if the app works correctly now.
