Quick ne fonctionne pas, est-ce que c'est seulement moi ?

Bonjour j'ai téléchargé l'application Quick sur mon ordinateur mais il ne démarre pas lorsque je le sélectionne à son emplacement. Je crois posséder tout ce qu'il faut pour qu'il puisse démarrer selon vos recommandations. Y aurait-il un quelqu'autre empêchement, ou bien votre application ne fonctionne pas pour tous les gens. Je suis au Canada, français ! Merci de me répondre.

Hi @sylviev0012,

 

First you have to make sure that you are using Windows 10 if you're running Windows OS. 

Next your computer must meet the minimum requirements: https://gopro.com/help/articles/question_answer/What-are-the-Minimum-System-Requirements-for-GoPro-S...

 

If your computer is running Windows 10 and can handle the minimum requirements try to check if you can run the app with graphics processor. 

Just right click on the app and choose run with graphics Processor. 

 

Please let us know if that will work.

Bonjour gaytree76514 j'ai bien windows10 et mon ordinateur est ''up to date'' pour reçevoir l'application Quick, l'installation est réussie, mais lorsque je clique dessus l'application pour l'ouvrir elle tourne en rond une fraction de seconde et refuse d'ouvrir. Merci de me répondre.

Hi @sylviev0012,

 

Please try this. 

Right click on the application and then check if you will see "Run With Graphics Processor".

If you can't find that option please try to create a local account on your computer. 

A local account is an account without email address.

 

After creating local account try to run Quik.
