everytime I click on media and go to create mode, quick freezes then stops responding then crashes. Computer specification requirements seem fine, video plays fine on laptop through a media player first,
anybody have any ideas?

Hi Thanks for your reply.
I only have a single grapics card so the link on your comment wont work. ive also contacted support and theyve told me to reinstall quik which ive done and check system requirements which are all good and its still not working.

@olliew026, please ensure that your graphics driver is up to date. Once it is already updated and if the issue still persists, despite having your computer meet the Minimum System Requirements for Quik for Desktop, please let our Support team know that we need to review your Crash Logs. You may reach them by phone or chat.
