Quick is unable to view/add media folder containing all of my original GoPro hero footage. When navigating to this folder within Quick to add media folder, no files can be seen. However, when viewing this folder outside of Quick, there are over 100 *.mp4 files all taken with the go pro.

Hello @jasong605. Are you seeing a message that says No files to import ? If yes, the troubleshooting steps detailed in the links below will help clear it out.
- Camera is not Recognized when Plugged into a Computer USB Port

Make sure to use the cable that came with the camera package when you bought it. You may also try inserting the SD card directly to the computer via SD card adapter. Let us no how it works out. Thanks!

Last night installed Quick on a new laptop to determine if it was an issue with the desktop PC that I was having. Exact same issues are occurring on the fresh install. I saved an older HERO *.mp4 on the laptop in the default username/pictures/gopro folder and Quick cannot see this file. Is there something in the naming convention of the files generated by the 1st gen HERO that is causing the problems?
