Quick Desktop

I have Quik on a laptop and a desktop, Windows 10, same version each. On one PC, when I plug in the camera, it opens Quik and everything is fine. On my laptop, nothing happens. No auto-launch. So I try to open Quik and all if fine with GoPro Plus files in the cloud. However, it will not recognize a camera attached, even though Hero 8 Black says, "USB Connected."

I have tried uninstalling, deleting GoPro folders, reg keys, and then reinstalling and no luck. Works perfectly on the other!

Help is appreciated. I love both my Hero 7 Black and Hero 8 Black.

Regards,

Tony

Re: Quick Desktop

This has to do with the USB drivers on your desktop and the MTP (media transfer protocol).  Try uninstalling the USB drivers on your PC and then re-installing them to see if this fixes the issue.
