Quando esporto un file.360 di gopro max tramite max exporter, il file che ottengo non è più a 360°! [ New ]

Non riesco proprio a utilizzare questi file .360 realizzati con la GoPro max!

Dopo l'amara scoperta che per realizzare un editing di un video a 360, tramite ad esempio Adobe Premiere, occorre prima convertirli con l'unico software a disposizione (Max Exporter)....pare che una volta esportati...non siano più a 360° ma riesco a vedere solo la ripresa frontale!

Ho provato più volte ma il risultato è il medesimo.

Non consideriamo il fatto che spesso questa orrenda app di GoPro crasha dopo mezz'ora di attesa per l'esportazione....

Io non riesco a capire perchè GOPRO venda una camera (costosa) senza offrire un servizio di esportazione o editing decente! Se non si ha un Mac si è praticamente tagliati fuori?? 

Strumenti che ho:

GoPro max

Pc con Windows 10

Max Exporter

Adobe Premiere Pro

GoPro Vr Player (si attiva in automatico su Premiere con un anteprima del video, che in teoria dovrebbe essere a 360°. E' l'unico visualizzatore che ho)

GoPro plus

GoPro app (smartphone Android)

Xiaomi mi

Qualcuno ha lo stesso problema? Qualcuno mi dice come riesce ad utilizzare questi costosissimi video a 360?

Hello, @cristinam3288. The files exported through the GoPro MAX Exporter should still be a 360 media. Try rendering again following these instructions. Should you observe any more crashing, Have a go at these steps to resolve it.

Ho provato più volte ma il risultato è il medesimo.

Questo è ciò che accade: 

Come si vede anche dall'anteprima il file non è 360° e non lo è nemmeno dopo l'esportazione. 

Sia dalla Gopro che dall'app su smartphone li vedo normalmente in 360°.

Eppure alcuni video precedenti (i primi video di test) li vedevo a 360° su exporter...adesso non più. Cosa è cambiato?

Non so come risolvere!

@cristinam3288. What is the resolution setting was used for the 360 videos that you were trying to render in the GoPro MAX Exporter? 

If you are shooting with 3K 50fps/60fps, you will need the GoPro Player Beta2 to render the .360 file correctly.
