QUIK Deleting My Footage!

After researching online, I found other people have had similar issues. This has happened twice and is ery frustrating because the footage I took was very unique and "one of a kind".

 

Yes, I have "delete after import" but the problem is the footage is being deleted before the full import is happening. This is ridiciuouls. When I use a GoPro software, there should be a certain confidence level that I should not lose any footage.  Below is a screenshot of the import stopping after 917 images, and then deleting ALL of the photos.

I had a similar problem this past weekend. I had it setup to download and then delete files. Except it never downloaded, it only deleted. Spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with customer service who assured me that this was the first they had heard of it. Also said that I should contact the maker of the Micro SD card and have them help me resolve it. Of course that's going to cost me $60, when the problem appears to be with their program. Waiting to hear back from them, but if you've been waiting three weeks, it sounds like they have no idea what's wrong.
