Sorry, had to dig through some history to find it.
1. Close Quik and all GoPro related software
2. Navigate to:
3 .Delete the file media.db
4. Open Quick, go to Settings and rescan your media folders.
Thumbnails should appear once again.
Side note: if you receive any errors during the rescan, apparently there is no log file you can view to see what videos did NOT import. Customer Support's solution was to try and reimport every video in my GoPro folder and see which one doesn't work. Thanks for that.
