i have updated today the quick programm on my windows but after the install the programm couldn't run!i' ve tried everything said in the site but nothing changed!hope the app developing team of gopro will make a new update to fix that bug soon!

nikofountas, same thing happened to me. I have been a GoPro user for 5 years and have never had a problem with the software running on my computer. I called the Support line yesterday evening and after sending over my computer specs: they tell me that my computer is not powerful enough.... its a Surface Pro 4 with an i7 processor and 16GB of RAM! I use it for all my Adobe Photoshop editing and never have a problem.... I have read many posts just like yours, it seems that it is an issue with the software update and how it handles the video files. Hopefully they come out with a patch for the software... very frustrating.
