Only partial footage upload

I recently went on a trip and took lots of video. I was planning on uploading the footage to gopro plus and deleting off my camera for more space, but it stopped uploading the footage partway through the trip so I didn't delete any and was more scare with recording.
I get home and now I am trying to finish the upload to the cloud so I can review all my footage but it still will not upload 2/3rds of my footage off the device. The gopro support was time consuming and completely unhelpful.
I have a hero 6 black and a samsung s9+ phone up to date OS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the gopro app on my phone, reconnected the camera multiple times on multiple wifi. If it tries to upload or I hit manual upload it runs the whole deal for a brief amount of time and then says upload complete with no change in what was uploaded.

Hello @vitalmesa40408. Which media are you uploading - photos, videos, or both? Do you notice which media gets uploaded without interruption? Were you getting any particular error message? 

This article describes different methods of uploading media to the cloud. Based on your description of the issue, you were either uploading via GoPro app, or manually. Could the issue be due to long videos where chaptering may be involved? If yes, try uploading using Quik for desktop, or directly using via auto upload with the camera as a hub. Let us know how it works out.

Mostly video. It seems to have stopped part way through a particular date and not advanced further. No error messages, the camera believes it is uploading all media succesfully. Chaptering is not an issue. Uploading manually, automatically and directly from the camera through wifi is precisely what I am talking about. Uploading using quick for desktop is not working as it cannot access the files in the camera and I have no space on either my surface or my phone to download them, which is a major contributor to why I am paying for this service and why I am so irate that it is not working!

Thank you for the reply, @vitalmesa40408. The connection between the camera and the server could be interrupted while uploading. Try manually uploading the files through gopro.com. To do this, insert the SD card to your computer using an SD card adapter. The files need not be saved on your computer. Then, login to your GoPro Plus account through plus.gopro.com . Once in, select Add Media (see upper-right portion of the page). Then you choose media from those on the SD card.
