Not receiving the "Import Files" prompt [ New ]

Windows 10 laptop, and QUICK DESKTOP does not prompt to import files despite trying all 3 usb ports on my laptop.

No reaction from Quick when plugging in my hero black 7 ?

Have you tried using a different port or another cable?
