Not receiving the "Import Files" prompt when trying to connect my GoPro 7 to my Microsoft Surface Go
[ New ]Hi there. I'm not recieveing the "Import Files" prompt when I try to connect my Go Pro 7 to my Microsoft Surface Go using the Quik app for desktop. The actual camera itself is definitely connected because its charging as I have it plugged in. The only thing I'm not seeing is USB recognition from the tablet which I'm wondering could be the issue but I'm not 100% sure. Any ideas as to where I'm going wrong? Thanks!

[ New ]Hello @oliviab8334. Which OS is your Surface running on? Quik for desktop works with Windows 10. Also, the app is intended to be used for desktops. See if the tablet mode could be causing the issue. Let us know what you find out.
