Not all GoPro files transfer to backup drive
[ New ]I am using GoPro Quik to move videos from the Hero Session to an external hard drive. It will transfer several files and then give me an error that says it couldn't finish, my files are safe, restart Quik, and try again. When I do that, the same thing happens. I am using a Samsung 128GB MicroSD EVO select memory card. Suggestions?

There are instances where the date logged is incorrect.
Go over the folders and verify if the missing files where logged on a different folder with an incorrect date.
The default location is /Users/<YourUserName>/Pictures/GoPro - Mac
For more information on the exact location on a particular file, you can try the following steps:
- Select the media file along the thumbnail viewer.
- Right click on the thumbnail.
- Select the option "Show in Finder: (Mac)
Thanks!

What OS are you using?
Have you tried transferring the files via SD adapter instead?
Thanks!

Re: Not all GoPro files transfer to backup drive
[ New ]Thank you. OS is High Sierra. Yes, I have transferred by the SD adapter when the other failed, but it doesn't put the files in a folder with the date and it doesn't automatically delete the files from the camera. I can do those tasks myself, but I really liked the way the files transferred through the app, and I was hoping there was a solution using the app.
