Not able to upload media (says USB connected)

Hi all, my go pro is stuck at the USB connected screen. It's the hero black 7. I have the Go Pro Quick app for my MAC. I am wanting to upload the media but there is no option on my go pro screen to do so just remains saying USB Connected indefinitely.

Hello @alertcrest6421. Do you see the USB connected screen on the camera itself? If yes, you are on the right track. Once the camera is in USB mode, your computer or Quik for desktop should already be detecting the camera and showing you options to import your GoPro media. This will appear on your computer screen.
