No puedo subir videos

Alguien sabe porque mi app sale que no tengo suscripción cuando ya hice el pago, es mas intento subir desde la gopro y tampoco me deja, alguien sabe a que se debe

See if you'll be able to do a test upload manually.

You may also check the Manage Upload page. Check if there are files stuck on upload.

Por alguna razón sigo sin poder subir videos y fotos, me sale un mensaje que mi suscripción acabó pero yo hago los pagos todos los meses sin problemas.

Please double-check that you're signed into your account using the same email address as the one your subscription is linked to. Sometimes, people use more than one account, so it's important to be sure you are logged into the one with the subscription.
