Catalina support has always been problematical.
However now taken huge step backwards after latest catalina update.
Inport not possible, directly via camera or via microsd card plugged into computer.
Also not displaying correct information in quik app, ie, size, usage, camera details, sd card details.
I really dont understand why gopro find this so difficult, catalina has been in beta for many many months before release a while ago.
Quik did not work with betas and only marginally worked with full public release.
I did also do a full reset of camera and reinstalled quik to be sure but neither fixed problem.
If the simple task of imorting files cant be done its going to put people off buying gopro cameras and goto competition.

I can not Update my GoPro and import my data into my Mac neither my Cloud and its very dissapointing.When is GoPro going to fix this? and yes it happend after i updated my mac

Sorry for any trouble caused.
Importing via SD card adapter should work.
I have just tested this and did not get any errors both via USB cable and SD card adapter.
If connecting the camera via the cable, launch Quik, plug the camera then power it on.
