Does this happen to one video file only or all of the files?
When on MEDIA/ VIEW mode, does the file play fine?
What iOS version is your Mac on? Make sure it's up to date.
Also, please check the Quik for Desktop version number.

Same problem as everyone else ! Removed and reinstalled program. New Hero 7 black camera. 2015 updated Macbook Pro meeting app. specs. Read all the forums with same issue.
Really frustrated to say it mildly, wasted over two hours so far!
GOPRO this should not be this complicated. Feel like ditching this whole system and spreading the word. So far USELESS WASTE OF TIME ! AND WORSE YET, hundreds of complaints GOPRO do you care? THEN FIX IT !!!!!! OR goodbye!

@gopro: I just ***** bought a new desktop over 1000EURO, with all the needs to run go pro... We bought the GOPRO 7 BLACK....
And now the programme doesn"t even work? This is ***** shamefull!!!! Troubleshooting isn't working... nothing works....
I imported the files, then I "push create" and the programme stops working...
It's shamefull that you have troubleshooting files on your website, instead FIX the problems... :s
